Raina gained her knowledge and appreciation for EMIS data while working for two years at the Life Skills High School in Akron, Ohio. She joined NEOnet in 2016 as an EMIS support services specialist after leaving her position of Assistant Director of Admissions at Brown Mackie College. Raina has also had the opportunity to work in research, first at the University of Akron as an intern, and later at Kent State University during her undergrad. She enjoys working with data and holds a M.Ed. in Assessment, Evaluation and Data Literacy from The University of Akron.
Raina enjoys going to basketball games, spending time with family and friends, as well as working with kids. In her spare time, she volunteers as a mentor for the iCare mentoring program for Akron Public Schools.
