Raina gained her knowledge and appreciation for EMIS data during her time spent working for Life Skills High School in Akron, OH as the Enrollment/ Student Data Specialist. During her two years spent at Life Skills, she wore many hats but sate reporting was one of her biggest roles and is where she gained the bulk of her expereince in EMIS. She joined NEOnet in 2016 as an EMIS Support Services Specialist after leaving her position as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Brown Mackie College. Raina has also had the opportunity to work in research, first at the University of Akron as an intern, and later at Kent State University during her undergrad. She enjoys working with data and holds a M.Ed. in Assessment, Evaluation and Data Literacy from The University of Akron.
Raina enjoys going to basketball games, spending time with family and friends, as well as working with kids. In her spare time, she volunteers as a mentor for the iCare mentoring program for Akron Public Schools. She also is on the advocacy committe for the Akron Urban League Young Professionals and a member of the Torchbearers of Akron Class of 2019.
