DASL (Student Information) Update
You now access parts one and two of the report from a drop-down list at SIS > School > Civil Rights Reporting > Civil Rights Report. The report has a new layout, which includes new required tables and subsections, updated table names and new table totals. The counts no longer include students who are enrolled less than 50% of the time.
For the Part 1 report a new Effective Date functionality lets you select a reporting date between 9/27 and 12/31 of the school year in context.
You now have the option to choose .pdf & .csv file in the Report Format Dropdown. When choosing this option two reports will display in your report management screen. The .csv you can use to upload data to the survey instead of entering it manually.

FY14G: FY14G (Grad) reporting period, scheduled to be open until June 12, 2015. This is the Final opportunity to correct FY14G data. District will have the opportunity to report any missed graduates, SSID deactivation when two unique SSID’s exist and submit Grad Rate Supplementary for a cohort adjustment. Report if needed, Prep for Success data required for the FY14 Report Card, such as: AP, IB, ACT, SAT, Industry Credentials and Dual Enrollment Credit. New screens in DASL for Assessment Reporting (A): With the recent 14.9 release new screens were added to maintain KRA and Preschool ELA test scores. Under the Assessment Import screen you can now import your KRA file. The verify processes were enabled for ELA (GB); OTELA (GF); and KRA (GO). Transfer processes were enabled for ACT (AC); AP (AP); CTE Industry Assessment (GU); CTE Industry Credential (GW); CTE Student Assessment - OCTCA (GY); International Baccalaureate (IB); KRA (GO); OTELA (GF); Preschool ELA (GB); SAT (SA)
New ATTUPEMIS document: A new document has been posted to the Procedural Checklists section of the documentation. The ATTUPEMIS Scenarios Worksheets document includes 17 different attendance scenarios with space to calculate the EMIS attendance and write in your calculations. The answers and how ATTUPEMIS derived each calculation are detailed at the back of the doc.

v EMIS Transportation - Report for EMIS Coordinators to find students who have reported transportation data. Best viewed in Excel.
v EMIS 5 Credit Rule Check Report (Replaces _TotalCreditsCheck) - Report for EMIS Coordinators to run against 9-12 students and see who has met the 5 credit attempted rule for the year and who has not according to their schedule. Best viewed in Excel.
v Student School Year Gifted Record Matrix - Find only students who have served during the school year. Best viewed in Excel.

Training: On June 9th the EMIS team will be conducting a training for the FY15 Period S EMIS Checklist – Final Window and the FY15 Period G EMIS Checklist. This meeting will be held at 8:30 a.m. in Room B of NEOnet. Then starting at 1:00 Brenda from ODE will be doing the June ODE/ITC EMIS training. Both are available on our website to sign up.
ProgressBook GradeBook Update
This is a reminder that GradeBook and ParentAccess will be unavailable as of Wednesday, July 1 at 3:00 pm.
Attendance on the elementary report card is updated with the nightly processes the evening AFTER the REPORTING PERIOD ends. If you want the most up-to-date attendance on the report cards, please do not print until the day AFTER the REPORTING PERIOD ends. If you have any questions, please contact student services.
Special Services Update
Sign Off Sheets – We would like to have the district sign-off sheets completed and sent to NEOnet by Friday, June 26th. All 2014-2015 IEP, ETR, 504, BIP, SOP, SP, Other Tasks, and finished Progress Reports should be Completed prior to the software shutdown. Any task left in Open Task can be over written by any software updates and/or form changes made.
Reports – The “Sps Open Task by Owner” report can be used to find staff names, that have any tasks in Open Task with start/end dates. This report should help with tasks that need to be Completed.
Shut Down – The Special Services software will shut down on Wednesday, July 1st at 3:00pm. Please send the names and email addresses of users who will need access to the software over the summer to Denise Marrali at marrali[at]neonet[dot]org. When the software is available, notification will be sent out.
