The new system boasts some great new features like opening and responding to tickets via email as well as a web based portal to view your tickets and known issues. You can create tickets by emailing our department email addresses. For student assistance please use studenthelp[at]neonet[dot]org, for EMIS assistance please use EMIShelp[at]neonet[dot]org. (FYI- The email must include a subject line). You can also update your ticket by replying to one of the emails sent to you by the helpdesk system. Please note the emails will come from OCEN Support (support[at]oecn[dot]org). While we understand the ease and convenience of managing your tickets by email, you will not be informed of current known issues or be able to access your closed tickets unless you visit the help desk portal. The login for the helpdesk portal along with training resources can be found on our website at https://www.neonet.org/content/support. You can also view our website for a list of Cherwell Portal Webinars to learn more about the system. DASL (Student Information) Update

ProgressBook GradeBook Update We have had some requests from districts that want to see a report that can show students that have averages of D or F. NEOnet created a report to show that information and the report is called *Students in Danger of Failing. You can select the grade threshold, so that you can see students whose overall average is below what you enter. If this is something that you feel could be of assistance to your district, feel free to contact us at studenthelp[at]neonet[dot]org. Special Services Update The Special Services Release 14.6.1 resolved many issues with Saving forms and Printing issues, including the following:
