Do you need a literacy expert, someone with information literacy knowledge, a faculty member to sit on the 1:1 committee, or someone to spearhead a makerspace? Your school librarian can do all of these tasks and more.

Block Coding with Sphero

Block coding is a great way to introduce computer coding to kids.  Spheros are ball shaped robots that can be made to do all kinds of fun and interesting things using a block coding interface.  In this hands-on session we'll learn a bit about block coding and then use the block coding to make the Spheros complete the Hole in One challenge.  No previous coding experience is necessary. NEOnet will provide the Spheros for use during the session.
