If you change a student’s Address of Residence on the General tab of the Edit Student Profile screen and the student has any contacts with the ‘Same As Student Address’ check box selected, those contacts now display with a check box selected in a grid beneath the Address of Residence. When you click Save, DASL updates the address of these contacts along with the student’s address. If you do not want DASL to update a contact’s address, deselect the check box beside the contact before clicking Save.
Yearend (N) FY13 Supplemental Reporting Period manifest Version (2) was released 11/19/2013. This collection allows for the submission of the following record types for 2013N: Student Assessment Record (FA), Student Attributes - No Date Record (FN), Student Program Record (GQ), Student Special Education Record (GE), Student Special Education Graduation Requirement Record (FE), Student Discipline Record (GD), and Grade Schedule (DL). For the FA record, only preschool and CTE assessments may be
reported. Also, for the FN record, only student mathematics, reading and writing diagnostics, as well as CTE Program of Concentration may be reported.
An updated version (3) of the FY13 Yearend (N) Supplemental Collection Request was then released 11/22/2013. This version fixed the issue regarding the way the DL record was included in the submission to ODE.
Due to several districts that have yet to submit their 2013 Graduates as of this morning, ODE is extending the close of the reporting period to Wednesday, December 4, 2013.
FY13 and FY14 Processing Schedules have been updated and posted to the ODE EMIS web page:
