Student Services Open Labs note:
We know how important and useful the NEOnet Student Services Open Labs are to our users! We miss seeing and helping you all face to face! At this time due to the Governors stay at home order we are not conducting open labs at our NEOnet office. But have no fear, we are still here! Please contact us if you need time with one of our staff to work on projects that you would have done in the open labs. Projects such as scheduling students for next year, end of year procedures, EMIS data collections, etc. If you email studenthelp[at]neonet[dot]org or call us at ext. 601140 we will set up a timeslot to help you get your projects accomplished!
DASL (Student Information) Update
Your school building DASL Report Cards may look a little different this end of school year! It’s never too early to run sample report cards to make sure you do not need changes or assistance to accommodate this different kind of end of year. Items to think about:
If you run samples now and have questions, please contact studenthelp[at]neonet[dot]org as soon as possible.
Districts will NOT be able to add students to their 2020 March list or update CTE program
If a district has any concerns, they should file an appeal. Performance Measures files will be coming out based on March data. A fair amount of data will be on the CTE report card (which is lagged one year) this year compared to the regular Local Report Card. Deadline to submit corrected data in EMIS for approved appeals is June 12 at 11:59pm.

EMIS Alliance Troubleshooting CTE FTE Reports (WebEx)
May 19, 2020, 9:00am – 12:00pm
New Standards Based Elementary Report Cards must be submitted by August 1. Existing Report Card Changes such as mark types and assessment changes must be submitted to NEOnet 4 weeks prior to the opening of the first reporting period bucket.
These changes must be requested via email to studenthelp[at]neonet[dot]org by the authorized person at the district. Email approval by this person is required prior to activation of the report card changes.
NOTE: If teachers use Standards Based Assignments (CS2) these new report cards and changes must be submitted PRIOR to teachers accessing GradeBook.
