DASL Update
When you export the following reports to an Excel spreadsheet, instead of the reports looking identical to the PDF printout, an improved format now allows you to easily access and manipulate the data in Excel:

  • Standardized Test Detail Report

  • District-wide Membership (R500) Report
  • Highly Qualified Teacher Report

EMIS Update
FY14 October reporting period officially closed Friday, February 14, 2014. With the extension of the October reporting period ODE held off the opening of the March reporting until February 14th. This report period will run through April 28. CTE (career- technical education) Workforce Development Follow-Up data are reported during this reporting period. Additionally, the student CTE Industry Assessment may be reported for the same set of students.

A FY14 Revised Processing schedule is available on the ODE website.

Please be sure to watch for the FY14 Report Period Sign Offs forms for closed FY14 reporting periods. Superintendents and/or Treasurer’s must sign off on their district’s data that has been processed at ODE.

ProgressBook GradeBook Update
The prior year reports for the 2012_2013 school year are now available at https://pbreports.neonet.org/. The reports included are Class Progress Reports, Period Attendance Reports and Elementary Report Cards that are printed from GradeBook. The website requires a log in which is the same as your GradeBook/DASL user name and password. If you are unable to access this site, please email me peters[at]neonet[dot]org.

Special Services Update
The IEP Summary is found by clicking the Completed Tasks Tab.
This feature allows the user to View a summary of the last completed IEP task including goals, objectives, services, etc. for a student. This summary can be exported into PDF, Word and/or Excel.

Special Services Meeting
The Special Services Meeting on
March 7th has been changed to April 4th. This is due to the Release Schedule change and changes to the forms and Task functionality.
