DASL (Student Information) Update
In the upcoming 20.1 version release, the Security and User Account management screens will look different in DASL! If you handle user account management for the ProgressBook Suite you will want to sign up for one of our three upcoming training sessions. August 21st , August 24th or August 28th!

New EMIS Coordinator Training
The Ohio Department of Education is hosting virtual New EMIS Coordinator Trainings for EMIS Coordinators with three or fewer years of experience. For dates and registration log in to your OH|ID.
The new Seating Chart screen now supports daily and period attendance. When creating a new seating chart or editing preferences, you can now select the Attendance checkboxes for daily and period attendance.
Depending on the checkboxes you select during creation, you can select Daily Attendance, Period Attendance, and Display on the top right of a seating chart. You can add multiple charts for each class.
When you select Daily Attendance or Period Attendance, you can select the desired attendance code from the drop-down list available on each desk.

The Due Date is the date the document will expire
Examples: Kate had a RIEP created on 8/13/20 for a meeting on 8/15/20. The document will be due or expire 364 days after the meeting. The due date is 8/14/2021
Example: Progress Report is created for Kate. The Progress Report will only be for one reporting period. The PR was Created on 8/13/20 and will be due on 10/31/20 after quarter 1. The due date will be 10/31/20, If the doc is not completed on 11/1/2020 then it will be overdue.
