DASL (Student Information) Update
Are you struggling with Truancy and HB410? NEOnet is here to help! We have added new trainings for all learning levels for the HB410 screens, reports, and letters. If you are brand new to HB410 and need to learn everything from the beginning please come to our HB410 for beginners on either October 3 or October 8. If you are familiar with the requirements of HB410 but need a refresher on reports come to one of the HB410 Refresher trainings on October 18, October 29, November 7, or November 14. Lastly, attendance letters can be set up to run with one click of a button. To set up the attendance letters inside of DASL you can come to a HB410 Letters training on October 22, October 25, November 14, or November 29. You can sign up for any of these trainings at



The New R.I.M.P process is here!!!

Please be aware the New R.I.M.P process is totally separate from the original ‘Intervention’ process.

  • If you are using the New RIMP process and had previously had RIMP as an Intervention Program, please ensure to uncheck ‘Active’ on the RIMP Intervention program, so new students are not added this school year to the ‘old RIMP intervention process’.

    • Menu > Admin > Manage Intervention Programs


The New R.I.M.P process is pretty slick and many districts are taking advantage of the many features that are available.

  • Ability to select which RIMP Intervention programs your district utilizes.

    • Menu > Admin > Manage RIMP Codes

  • Ability to use your Assessment Screener to add students to a RIMP

  • Select the RIMP programs, target areas, include Initial Screening Measure, Progress Monitoring Measure and Electronic Signatures and each student RIMP!

  • AND!  The ability to print multiple RIMPs at one time!

    • Menu > Interventions > RIMPs

  • The October update for DataMap will include the ability to push the RIMP Memberships and On Track/Not On Track status back to StudentInformation for EMIS reporting.

FY19 Initial Calendar Collection – Closes September 28th

  • Important for more accurate FTE calculations

FY18 Career Tech Assessment Collection – Closes October 12th

FY18 Graduation – Closes October 19th


  • No longer able to “Whack” for FY19
  • Make sure to submit collections often
  • You should have already submitted your student collection – districts need to submit all students within 30 days of enrollment
  • The next EMIS Data Review (FY18 Graduate & Prep for Success) will open up October 22, 2018
  • All TGRG diagnostics must be held before September 30th
  • Good time to enter all CTE Concentrators
  • Enter District/Building records for FY19
  • ODDEX is now populating data for FY19
    • Please be sure to check your flags
    • Start resolving all conflicts


ProgressBook GradeBook Update 
Google auth

If enabled by the school district, students can now log into ProgressBook using their Google accounts. Districts have the option to require students logging in with Google instead of a ProgressBook account. 

You can also import student OAuth accounts from StudentInformation. Complete instructions are in the ProgressBook User Guide which is on our website.

Special Services Update
The first Special Services Meeting for the 2018-2019 school year will be this Friday, September 28, 2018! We are excited to update you on the new forms, verify EMIS process, extract/import and Progress Reports. It starts at 9:00 AM in NEOnet's Room B. If you are unable to attend in person we do offer Webex connection to listen online. You can find the Webinar connection details and the registration link
