DASL (Student Information) Update
Have you started your districts HB410 District Task List? NEOnet anticipates the HB410 Ad Hoc reports will be available soon. In order for the reports to be accurate school districts need to complete the district task list for each school building.  One of the main tasks is to make sure every student (full day Kindergarten through 12th grade) has lunch on their schedules. All students must have lunch indicated on their schedules so that when the student is out of the building or tardy over their lunch period, their “time allotted for lunch” will be excluded from the HB410 calculation.  In addition to the task list please be sure to visit our HB410 section of our NEOnet website, where we keep all documentation up to date from ODE, DASL, and NEOnet.

DataMap’s Multiple Measures allows districts to bring together multiple years of State Assessment Scores along with selected 3rd party assessment scores including Marking Period Grades.  Now is a great time to start reviewing the Multiple Measures since most districts have loaded their Fall Assessments scores and 1st marking period marks have been entered.  Everyone with access to DataMap has the ability to select a group of students to view how the students’ scores all correlate together.

Select the Menu Icon > Analysis > Multiple Measures.  Enter your filter selections and click Find.

As always if you would like any assistance with creating District Assessments or loading any of your data, please feel free to contact NEOnet, we are happy to help!

If you are interested in Professional Development/Training or learning more of what DataMap has to offer, please contact NEOnet.
