NEOnet Open House

NEOnet will be hosting an Open House on February 7th beginning at 3:00 PM. This is an opportunity to see our newly renovated space and/or listen to an open panel discussion with high school students on how they feel technology impacts their learning. If you plan on attending we ask that you RSVP to martin[at]neonet[dot]org.

SERS per Pay Reporting

Beginning in February, all districts will begin submitting both contribution reports and payments that will be due “no later than five business days after each pay date”. The contribution reporting will need to be processed through the Payment Remittance section on eSERS and is required to be done electronically. SERS' preferred payment method for contributions is ACH Debit; however, districts can still mail a check. You will need to keep in mind if mailing a check, SERS must receive your check by the due date, not by the postmark on the envelope.

On Friday, February 10th at 9 AM we will be covering the new RETIRE > SERSREG procedures. We ask that you encourage your staff to attend to receive the necessary training.

W2 & 1099 Update

All W2s and 1099s have been printed and distributed to our districts.  NEOnet has submitted W2s and 1099 electronically to the taxing authorities and will be sending the CDs to RITA and CCA on behalf of the districts.  For those districts using the Employee Kiosk, employee W2s have been uploaded and are accessible for your employees to reprint as needed.
