NEOnet Open House

The construction of the first floor which adds four meeting rooms and two PC labs is slated to be completed by January 20, 2017.   NEOnet will be hosting an Open house to showcase “your” upgraded facility on February 7, 2017 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.   Please be on the lookout for the invitation and schedule of events.  


Communication Plan

Since September NEOnet has been working with the Impact Group to capture, analyze and discuss the perceptions, needs and desires of key stakeholders.  This information will be used to create our branding message and develop a stakeholder communication plan.  The first phase of the brand messaging is complete.   Our new three second message is “NEOnet Prompt. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Support you deserve.   Below is a copy of the new logo


A detailed presentation of the outcomes of the stakeholder engagement and communication plan will at the May 1, 2017 Assembly meeting.  


Service Desk Implementation

NEOnet is almost ready to go live with the new Service Desk application.  This tool will allow us to integrate customer records magement, project management, service requests, change mangement and problem logging all into one cohesive and functional system.  The changes taking place in the new service desk will be noticeable mostly to NEOnet staff, but if you are a portal user the look and feed will be changing as well.  This implementation is a necessary step in providing the next level of customer service required to be the solution center our customers need and rely on.  Once a cutover date has been chosen, links to the new portal will be sent distributed along with any necessary documentation.
