Did you know that NEOnet will print, seal, and distribute over 20,000 W2’s.  This is another example of school districts reducing cost through shard services.

NEOnet Open House

The construction of the first floor which adds four meeting rooms and two PC labs is slated to be completed by January 20, 2017.   NEOnet will be hosting an Open house to showcase “your” upgraded facility on February 7, 2017 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.   Please be on the lookout for the invitation and schedule of events.  

Communication Plan

Since September NEOnet has been working with the Impact Group to capture, analyze and discuss the perceptions, needs and desires of key stakeholders.  This information will be used to create our branding message and develop a stakeholder communication plan.  The first phase of the brand messaging is complete.   Our new three second message is “NEOnet Prompt. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Support you deserve.   Below is a copy of the new logo


A detailed presentation of the outcomes of the stakeholder engagement and communication plan will at the May 1, 2017 Assembly meeting.  

EMIS Alliance Excel Workshop

NEOnet will be hosting another EMIS Alliance Excel workshop to demonstrate how to utilize Excel with the EMIS reports from ODE.   This is a great opportunity for you to evaluate your reports using Excel which would be helpful with your SIS reporting.    In this session, we will revisit the use of Excel to Troubleshoot SIS Data for EMIS Reporting and Troubleshooting the Federal Child Count report.  For this session, you will need to bring your own laptop.

The January ODE/ITC Trainings have been scheduled. Training will include topics related to the Invalid Cert Report – Reporting Process Review, Data Sources Review and Troubleshooting the Report.   Registrants are able to select a date that best fits their schedule at the time of registration. Prior registration is required and is now available in the STARS application. A SAFE account and completion of the STARS User Profile are required in order to register. Search for keyword “EMIS” within the STARS application to locate the trainings.
