Teach with INFOhio Blog

This fall, INFOhio’s iLibrarians began posting to a new blog entitled Teach with INFOhio (http://libguides.infohio.org/blog).  Biweekly posts offer suggestions on integrating INFOhio resources into classroom instruction and the blog is also home to INFOhio’s monthly tips and All-Star School Library Websites series. Recent posts have addressed diversity in eBooks and helping students identify fake news. Questions, feedback and suggestions can be sent to central[at]infohio[dot]org

Early World of Learning “little books"

For those of you who work with PreK-3, many of the Early World of Learning “little books” have been added to ISearch.  So now when you search through ISearch these books will be under the My Library tab.  On the statewide version of ISearch, you will find them under ebooks and videos.

Book Nook

Ten new book trailers have been added to Book Nook , our resource for student created book trailers.   The Book Nook team loves to get new trailers, so don’t hesitate to send them some of your student created book trailers. This INFOhio project gives students a place to showcase their book talks. All Ohio PreK-12 students are invited to submit book trailers for review. See the For Students page for instructions and requirements.
