Important Treasurer’s Operating Meeting this Wednesday, August 21 at Noon

Our August 21st Treasurer’s Operating Meeting is an important meeting for treasurers to attend as the focus of this meeting will be the proposed timeline for fiscal software conversions. The MCOECN has asked us to report back to them next month with a timeline for all NEOnet district conversions.  We will discuss the project plan, costs and will answer any questions you may have about the two software choices.

Other topics for the meeting include:

  • Organizational update
  • Professional Development offerings
  • Security Awareness

As always, the meeting will begin at Noon and lunch will be provided.  If you are unable to attend this meeting in person, you can join us via Webex.  Below is the connection information:

Important Change to Employee Kiosk Workflow

With the new look and feel to Employee Kiosk comes a new requirement when setting up supervisor approval for workflow.  Each supervisor will need to have a “Leave Calendar – Supervisor” role assigned to be able to see the Supervisory Functions options to allow them to approve leave. This can be handled through the District Administrator > Update/Delete District Users then assign the Leave Calendar - Supervisor as Admin Privileges to those who need to approve leave.
