August, 2016 Treasurer’s Update

SunGard eFinancePLUS Implementation Update

On July 12th Cuyahoga Falls CSD, Cleveland Heights/University Heights, Summit County ESC, and NEOnet embarked on an adventure to convert from State Software to SunGard eFinancePLUS. The Districts and ITC staff have been meeting twice a month with SunGard experts for 3 – 4 days at a time. During these trainings the group has been working through a variety of changes in accounting, payroll and exploring the enhancements of having a HR package. The anticipated Go Live is early January 2017.

If your district is interested in participating in future rounds, the MCOECN has developed an Order Form which provides the district with an estimated cost based on your ADM and selected package (Base or Full Bundle). By filling out and submitting the Order Form this merely holds a spot for you, it does not commit you to that round. If you are considering participating in one of the upcoming rounds please contact Kim Fassnacht or Lisa Nash.

Future Rounds:

Round 2    -   January 2017

Round 3    -    July 2017
